Alcon designs, develops, and manufactures ultra-high quality brake systems for automotive and special vehicle customers across the globe. Headquartered in the UK, Alcon has enjoyed tremendous success in the USA for more than 3 decades – starting with supplying brakes to IndyCar constructors in the mid-1980s and quickly expanding to become a leading supplier to top level race teams in IMSA, Tran-Am and NASCAR. Alcon USA was established in 1994; since then, the markets we serve has expanded in motorsports and beyond including performance aftermarket, off-road, defense, and security vehicles.
Since 1994 Pro-System has achieved an unequaled reputation in motorsports for developing, testing and packaging the best brake systems. Pro-System has designed and built proprietary computer-controlled brake dynamometers to evaluate brake system components by simulating actual race conditions.
Pro-System brake bedding ensures all our rotors and pads are ready to race and require no further break-in beyond warming up on the out lap. The automated bedding sequence ensures you are consistently getting the highest quality parts available.
Some high-performance vehicles require a tailor-made brake system. Pro-System can custom make almost any size rotor, hat or bracket you may need. With an un-matched range of casting blanks and in-house machining capability, the range of high-quality rotors available on a short lead time is unrivalled.
Suspension
We have suspension kits, shocks and struts, strut rods, control arm, disc brakes, lowering springs, tie rod end adjusting sleeves, you name it we've got it.
Car & Truck suspensions also are crucial for providing stability on the road. Since these vehicles are heavier and might also be carrying additional weight, the suspension must be able to assist with handling uneven roads. The suspension also helps prevent trucks from tipping. The suspension also needs to help cushion the ride so the cargo and equipment remains protected over bumps and other imperfections in the road. Cushioning the ride also helps improve driver comfort. The suspension allows the tires and axles of the truck to move independently from one another, instead of the axle being attached to the frame directly. This helps soften the impact to the vehicle and helps absorb the impact of cracks, bumps or dips in the road
