Install Instructions
- Allow the engine to cool completely and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Drain the factory coolant into an approved catch container.
- Remove the factory fan shroud, upper and lower radiator hoses, and any brackets securing the OE radiator.
- Remove the factory radiator from the vehicle.
- Install the new radiator in the factory mounting location using the factory hardware.
- Reconnect the factory hoses, fan shroud, and any brackets removed in the prior steps.
- Refill the cooling system with the manufacturer specified coolant and bleed air from the system per the vehicle service manual.
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal, start the engine, and confirm proper operating temperature with no leaks before returning the vehicle to service.
