These premium valves are designed to reduce valve train weight, enabling higher RPMs and improved engine efficiency without compromising durability.
Crafted with Ferrea’s proprietary manufacturing process, these lightweight hollow stem valves feature a gun-drilled and micro-polished stem bore, delivering approximately 20% weight reduction compared to traditional stainless steel solid stem valves. This innovative design ensures superior structural integrity, making them a top choice for competitive racing environments. The valves boast a 2.200” diameter, 0.3135” stem diameter, 5.180” overall length, and a 0.290” tip length, with a 10-degree flow and 30-degree backcut for optimized airflow and performance.
Additional features include friction-welded tips for enhanced durability, radial grooves for secure fitment, avionics chrome-plated stems for reduced wear, and a seat hardness of up to 42HRc for long-lasting reliability. The Super Flo design further improves airflow, maximizing combustion efficiency.
