Manufactured from H&R’s exclusive high-strength aluminum alloy, these spacers outperform typical 6061-T6 billet alternatives. Each set is precision-machined in Germany and finished with a durable black anodized coating for long-lasting corrosion resistance and appearance.

Each kit includes two (2) 12 mm hubcentric spacers, one for each wheel on a single axle. Extended wheel bolts sold separately unless otherwise noted.

TRAK+ Adapters:
Adapt wheels with a different bolt pattern. Available in thicknesses from 20 mm to 25 mm, H&R TRAK+ Wheel Adapters change your vehicle’s bolt pattern, allowing wheels from other makes or models to fit properly. These hubcentric adapters attach securely to the hub and provide a new bolt pattern on the wheel side, maintaining full safety and balance.
TRAK+ Spacer Variations
- DR Series (10 – 40 mm track widening): Fits between wheel and hub; requires longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). All DR systems require longer bolts.
- DRS Series (10 – 40 mm track widening): Fits between wheel and hub; includes longer wheel studs to replace existing ones.
- DRA Series (40 – 60 mm track widening): Bolts to hub with special wheel bolts (included) and provides new threaded holes for wheel bolts.
- DRM Series (40 – 90 mm track widening): Bolts to hub using existing studs and special nuts (included); wheel mounts to new DRM studs.

When Ordering Wheel Bolts
- If possible, specify the wheel brand.
- New bolts must be longer than the originals by the width of the spacer used.

Match the bolt head style:
- Taper 60° – End digit 01
- Round head M12/d24 mm or M14/d28 mm. End digit 02
- Round head M12/d26 mm (e.g. OE VAG wheels) – End digit 03
- Flat head for Porsche M14×1.5 – End digit 06

Safety guidelines (minimum number of turns):
- M12×1.25 = 8 turns (≈ 10 mm load)
- M12×1.50 = 6.5 turns (≈ 10 mm load)
- M12×1.75 = 6.5 turns (≈ 12 mm load)
- M14×1.25 = 9 turns (≈ 12 mm load)
- M14×1.50 = 7.5 turns (≈ 12 mm load)
- ½" UNF = 8 turns (≈ 11 mm load)
Important: Ensure wheel bolts do not contact brake components or ABS sensors. Rotate the wheel by hand to confirm clearance, tolerance on some vehicles (e.g. rear axle Mercedes) is only 2 mm.
