The Skyjacker M2066 ADX M2.0 Adventure Series rear shock is engineered for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra. The M2066 uses an impact extruded CNC machined T6061-T6 aluminum monotube body that dissipates heat faster than steel shocks, so the M2066 keeps its valving consistent under heavy payloads and trailer towing. An internal floating piston inside the M2066 separates nitrogen gas from oil, preventing cavitation and fade during repeated hard use. Installing the M2066 out back gives Tundra owners a settled, controlled rear end for work truck duty or weekend trail runs.

Install Instructions
- Park the Tundra on level ground, set the parking brake, and chock the front wheels before working on the M2066 installation.
- Raise the rear of the vehicle and support the frame rails on jack stands at the points specified in the OEM service manual.
- Remove the rear wheels and place a jack under the rear axle housing to relieve suspension tension.
- Remove the factory rear shock and retain any reusable hardware for the M2066 installation.
- Connect the M2066 at the upper shock mount and secure without fully tightening.
- Connect the M2066 at the lower mount using OEM hardware, again leaving it snug but not fully torqued.
- Reinstall the rear wheels and lower the vehicle to the ground so full weight is on the tires.
- Torque the upper and lower M2066 mounting hardware to OEM specifications, then cycle the suspension and check for clearance issues.
