The Skyjacker TCR620 is a pair of 2 inch rear leaf springs built for 2016-2022 Toyota Tacoma trucks. Using Softride technology, the TCR620 leaf springs are shot peened for increased tensile strength and tapered along their length to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon wear pads between leafs reduce friction, giving the TCR620 a smooth ride while accommodating larger tires and improved ground clearance.

Install Instructions
- Park the Tacoma on level ground and block the front tires before installing the TCR620.
- Raise the rear of the truck and support the frame with jack stands.
- Support the rear axle with a jack and remove the rear wheels.
- Disconnect the brake line bracket and remove the factory U bolts.
- Lower the axle slightly and remove the factory leaf springs.
- Install the TCR620 leaf springs in place of the factory springs.
- Raise the axle back into position and install new U bolts, tightening in a crisscross pattern.
- Reconnect the brake line bracket, install the wheels, and lower the vehicle.
