Full Size Bronco Front End Control That Lasts
The Skyjacker M2057 ADX M2.0 Adventure Series front shock is built for the full size 1980-1996 Ford Bronco. The M2057 uses an impact extruded CNC machined T6061-T6 aluminum monotube body that runs cooler than steel shocks, so the M2057 holds its valving characteristics through extended off road runs and heavy highway loads. Inside the M2057, an internal floating piston keeps nitrogen gas and oil separated for consistent, fade free performance. Drivers who install the M2057 up front get predictable steering response and a controlled ride on stock height or modestly lifted Broncos.

Install Instructions
- Park the Bronco on level ground, set the parking brake, and chock the rear wheels before working on the M2057 installation.
- Raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails on jack stands at the points specified in the OEM service manual.
- Remove the front wheels and place a jack under the lower control arm or ball joint to relieve suspension tension.
- Remove the factory front shock and retain any reusable hardware for the M2057 installation.
- Connect the M2057 at the upper shock mount and secure without fully tightening.
- Connect the M2057 at the lower mount using OEM hardware, again leaving it snug but not fully torqued.
- Reinstall the front wheels and lower the vehicle to the ground so full weight is on the tires.
- Torque the upper and lower M2057 mounting hardware to OEM specifications, then cycle the suspension and check for clearance issues.
