Install Instructions
- Park the Bronco on level ground, set the parking brake, and chock the rear wheels before working on the M2057 installation.
- Raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails on jack stands at the points specified in the OEM service manual.
- Remove the front wheels and place a jack under the lower control arm or ball joint to relieve suspension tension.
- Remove the factory front shock and retain any reusable hardware for the M2057 installation.
- Connect the M2057 at the upper shock mount and secure without fully tightening.
- Connect the M2057 at the lower mount using OEM hardware, again leaving it snug but not fully torqued.
- Reinstall the front wheels and lower the vehicle to the ground so full weight is on the tires.
- Torque the upper and lower M2057 mounting hardware to OEM specifications, then cycle the suspension and check for clearance issues.
