Install Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle, then remove the wheel on the side being serviced for the VSG12-A1MS2-L.
- Disconnect any sway bar end link, brake line bracket, or ABS sensor wiring attached to the factory shock assembly.
- Support the spring and upper mount assembly, then remove the lower shock bolt and upper mount fasteners.
- Transfer the factory spring and upper mount to the VSG12-A1MS2-L using the same lower spring seat orientation as the original shock.
- Install the assembled unit into the vehicle, torque all fasteners to factory specification, and reconnect any brackets or sensors.
- Reinstall the wheel, lower the vehicle, and check ride height and alignment before returning to normal driving.
