About The McLaren 570S - Mclaren 570s & 600lt Carbon Fiber Front Aero Blades
The 570S made its premiere at the 2015 New York International Auto Show as the first model in McLaren's Sports Series, taking on Porsche's 911 turbo head-on as a new and more practical vehicle. The 570S was, and continues to be, a perfect modern supercar that is surprisingly well adapted to daily usage as requested. It is built on McLaren's highly strong and lightweight Carbon Monocell II carbon-fiber monocoque chassis, which was developed for racing. Clean and elegant styling features a roofline that flows seamlessly and a P1-inspired rear treatment with narrow LED taillights and a rear air diffuser. The Ultimate and Super Series lines of McLaren are maintained by dihedral-style doors.
About The Mclaren 600LT - Mclaren 570s & 600lt Carbon Fiber Front Aero Blades
With the release of the McLaren 600LT, a new standard for super-sportscar performance is established as well as the start of the next chapter in the "Longtail" saga. The 600LT is the quickest, most powerful, and most track-focused McLaren Sports Series model ever developed, and it is road legal. It was designed to succeed in equal measure on the track and on the road. The 600LT's 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine has its engine management system retuned to produce peak power of 592bhp (600PS) at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque output of 457lb ft at 5,500–6,500 rpm while reducing back pressure from a top-exit exhaust system. These outputs provide astounding levels of performance: 0-62 mph is reached in under 2.9 seconds.
WHAT IS CARBON FIBER? WHY USE IT FOR OUR MCLAREN 570S & 600LT CARBON FIBER FRONT AERO BLADES
The majority of the time, carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) is referenced while discussing carbon fiber in the automotive industry. Consisting of a high tech yarn that is many time thinner than a human hair, it contains organic polymer fibers and is woven together thousands of time. This process makes the material extremely tough but still flexible enough to shape. This carbon fiber fabric is extremely light and has a very high tensile strength.
The material made of high-strength carbon fiber is shaped, like a hood. The substance is virtually cloth-like before curing. In order to be reinforced and cured, all non carbon atoms are dispelled from the material using heat without oxygen. Once the material is " carbonized", it is cured through oxidation. At this stage, it can then be molded and shaped. This carbon fiber material can be seen most prevalently in formula on cars for its ability to withstand high temperature and stress, while be about 5 times lighter then steel.
WHAT IS DRY CARBON AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A pre-preg or impregnated piece of carbon material is used to create dry carbon fiber. The carbon is first put into a mold, and then it is placed into a vacuum that is tightly sealed. This approach produces less waste than the "wet" technique and results in a lighter form of carbon. Due to the vacuuming technique used to create dry carbon, the carbon has fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets. This process produces the highest quality carbon product possible.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DRY CARBON PROCESS?
- Around 60% lighter product
- The dry finish enhances the cosmetic appearance
- Considerable stronger product then the "wet carbon" process

WHY CHOOSE CARBON FIBER FOR YOUR Mclaren 570s & 600lt Carbon Fiber Front Aero Blades?
WEIGHT SAVINGS
The lightness of carbon fiber is its finest quality. To be precise, 40% lighter then aluminum and 70% then steel. There is a reason it is such a popular option for high-performance objects, including airplanes, race cars, and sports equipment. It is also incredibly stiff, durable, and lighter than fiberglass.
STRONG AND DURABLE
Although carbon fiber is very light, it is also very rigid. The only real competitor is fiberglass which some aftermarket parts are made out of to save weight. However, Carbon Fiber is the better choice of the two. The issue with fiberglass is that it can lose its form over time when constant or repetitive forces are applied. Many people believe that carbon fiber, which is far lighter than steel, will experience the same problem. However, because of the material's composition, it won't warp or distort with time.
STYLISH AND DISTINGUISHED
These days, having a gorgeous vehicle doesn't require you to be a speed demon. Car enthusiasts are installing more carbon fiber simply because they look great on so many different models. Your vehicle will be noticed, making it a hit at auto shows and everywhere else it travels. Add lightweight carbon fiber wheels for a striking aesthetic effect and carbon fiber wings to improve your car's aerodynamics and high-speed handling if you truly want to roll big.
LESS REPAIR COST
Over the course of your vehicles life, carbon fiber will age more elegantly since it doesn't rust as steel does. Less rust often equals less damage, thus the initial greater expense of carbon fiber will eventually pay for itself. Going all-out with carbon fiber components and accessories will advance your vehicle to the next level of lightweight machinery.
