Installation Instructions
- Safely lift and support the rear of the vehicle on jack stands. Remove the rear wheel.
- Remove the brake caliper without disconnecting the brake line. Hang the caliper with a hook or wire to avoid stressing the hose.
- Remove the caliper bracket bolts and set the bracket aside.
- Remove the old rear rotor. Tap lightly with a rubber mallet if corroded onto the hub.
- Clean the hub flange thoroughly with a wire brush to remove rust and debris.
- Mount DBA42633S onto the hub. Secure temporarily with one lug nut to hold it flat against the hub face.
- Reinstall the caliper bracket and torque bolts to factory specification.
- Reinstall the caliper and torque slide pin bolts to factory specification.
- Reinstall the wheel and torque lug nuts to factory specification in a star pattern.
- Pump the brake pedal firmly until it feels solid before moving the vehicle.
- Perform the DBA bedding procedure: 8-10 moderate stops from 40 mph to 5 mph, then allow full cool-down before driving aggressively.
